Supply Chain Experts

St. Boniface Pallet strives to offer the best value when making a decision to purchase new pallets for your company.

We work with the most respected lumber suppliers in the industry to ensure we have a secure and reliable lumber supply sourced from companies that have environmentally sound business practices.

Whenever possible we work with suppliers who adhere to the Forest Stewardship Council guidelines.

To learn more about our environmental stewardship click on “Why is Wood Good” in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Our diverse product line enables us to provide pallets built using various types of wood species.

Spruce, Pine and Fir (SPF low density softwoods) is typically used for our IPPC ISPM-15 heat treated pallets and in other applications where low moisture content, heat treatment and pallet weight is important.

Poplar and Aspen (medium density hardwoods) are popular choices when the dimensions of the required pallet cannot be met by standard available SPF sizes. These species typically have higher moisture content and are not recommended for use where mold could be a problem.

Birch, Tamarack and Oak (high density hardwoods) are typically used in heavy duty or multiple re-use applications.

We manufacture just about any size pallet you can imagine built using various wood species.

Having access to the “right” wood sources is only part of the process as we also must ensure the wood is in our inventory ready to use. To reliably meet that challenge we inventory a huge amount of lumber as well as a large volume of finished product so that we can meet challenging delivery timelines and schedules. We have invested in an array of infrastructure both on and off site to ensure we consistently handle the volumes required.

And finally, utilizing industry leading software tools like The Pallet Design System (PDS) we can optimize product designs to improve safety, reliability and durability. Furthermore, using these tools in conjunction with the expertise of our staff you can be assured our product designs will be cost effective as well.

What is IPPC IPSM-15 Certification?

The International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) is an international treaty which is focused on protecting plants and plant products by minimizing the spread of potential pests and diseases. Over 100 countries are members of the IPPC and by working collaboratively they created the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM 15) regulations.
